Active Environmental Services, Inc. has completed the sale of the Archaeological and Cultural Resource (Section 106) portion of its business to Anthony Adderley, owner of Access Cultural Resource and Environmental Solutions, Inc. The Asset Purchase was completed on February 21, 2012. Access Solutions will provide Section 106 services to professional firms and clients direct.
