Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans are required by the EPA for regulated facilities to avoid oil spills and minimize the potential impact of spills on public health and the environment. Active and its contractors are liaisons between the client and state/federal regulatory authorities.  Active Environmental's services include developing SPCC plans and working with its clients to utilize the most efficient and cost effective method of cleanup to minimize the potential for harm to human health and the environment.
